AIA Studios Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIA Studios ("AIA Studios", "we", "us"), a content scheduling and publishing service operated by AIA Agency International. By connecting an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AIA Studios lets authorized users schedule, manage, and publish their own content to social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage, including via the TikTok Content Posting API. You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding all necessary rights to it.

2. Account authorization

You may only connect social accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to operate. By connecting an account you grant AIA Studios permission to publish content and read basic performance data on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the relevant platform's settings or by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms, community guidelines, or policies of any connected platform (including TikTok). AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be disclosed as required by the relevant platform. We may suspend access for violations.

4. Platform compliance

Your use of connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms. AIA Studios is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, or any other platform.

5. Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any specific post, or any particular reach or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
